Super Saturday Show
Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Super Saturday Show, run by the Super Saturday Show team. By using the site, signing in, submitting a video, or using any creator tools that may be added later, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
You can browse the public site at any age. To create an account or sign in, you must be at least 13 years old. To submit a video, use creator messaging if it is added, or take part in creator-only tools, you must be at least 18 years old. Some countries set a higher minimum age for online services, so you may only use the site if you meet the age requirements where you live. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure, use it only for yourself, and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may decline, suspend, restrict, or remove an account at our discretion, particularly to keep the show, the site, and other users safe.
Acceptable use
To keep the show usable and welcoming, you agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, or abuse anyone, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
- post, share, or request sexual content involving minors, or use the site to contact or groom a minor. This is zero tolerance and illegal activity may be reported to the authorities;
- post content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- impersonate another person, claim an artist name that is not yours, or misrepresent who you are;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the site to advertise unrelated products;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other accounts, or get around age, safety, or moderation controls.
Premiere submissions
When you submit a premiere request, you must submit a non-premiered, unlisted video that you have the right to submit. If your track is selected, the show team allocates the slot. Once the show is locked, you should receive a confirmation email with your scheduled time. You are then responsible for setting your YouTube Premiere to that exact time. All premieres should use a 1-minute countdown unless the show team tells you otherwise.
Submitting a preferred slot does not guarantee that slot. The show team may approve, reject, move, reschedule, or ask for fixes to submissions at its discretion. Pending or rejected submissions are not public.
Creator messaging
If creator-to-creator messaging is added later, it is for claimed creators who are 18 or older and who have turned it on in their profile. It should be off by default. Be respectful: the acceptable-use rules above apply to messages too. You may be able to block creators and report messages. Reported messages may be reviewed by staff so action can be taken. Do not use messaging to contact anyone under 18.
Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, artist names, profile details, notes, and messages you provide. By submitting a video, you confirm you have the rights to it and you grant Super Saturday Show a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, schedule, show, discuss, promote, and archive it as part of the show and its public history, including its title, thumbnail, video link, and artist name. You are responsible for your content, and you can ask us to remove your submissions or delete your account through the contact form.
Reporting and moderation
If you see something that breaks these terms, use the site contact form. We may review reported content, remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend, restrict, or close accounts, with or without notice, especially where safety is involved. We are not obliged to monitor everything, but we can act on what we find or what is reported.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the show, site, staff, or community. You can ask to close your account through the contact form. Account removal or anonymisation is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”
We work to run a useful show platform, but the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time, and we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Super Saturday Show and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for content posted by users, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Super Saturday Show and its staff for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or from content you post or submit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the show is operated, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of that place, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms as the show and site grow. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
